Job summary

Ish Solar in Olpad, Surat, seeks an HR professional to manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, payroll, and compliance. You will handle manpower planning, sourcing, interviews and onboarding while maintaining payroll accuracy and HR records.

The role also covers statutory obligations under PF/ESIC/PT, Labour Laws, and employee lifecycle activities from joining to exit, with a focus on engagement and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of HR experience with exposure to recruitment, payroll and statutory compliance.
• HRD qualification with understanding of local Labour Laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding.
• Handle payroll management, monthly salary processing, attendance, leave, deductions and payroll inputs.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Labour Laws, Factory Act, CLRA and other regulations.
• Manage employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives and employee connect programs.
• Handle employee lifecycle activities from joining to exit formalities and performance management.
• Maintain HR records, employee documentation and HR MIS.
• Support performance management, KRA/KPI, appraisal and employee development processes.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and HR-related operations.
• Handle grievances, discipline and employee relations in coordination with management.
• Support HR policies, SOPs and continuous improvement of HR processes.

• Handle payroll management, monthly salary processing, attendance, leave, deductions and payroll inputs.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Labour Laws, Factory Act, CLRA and other applicable regulations.
• Manage employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, communication and employee connect programs.
• Handle employee lifecycle activities including joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, performance management and exit formalities.
• Maintain accurate HR records, employee documentation and HR MIS.
• Support performance management, KRA/KPI, appraisal and employee development processes.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and HR-related operational matters.
• Handle employee grievances, discipline and employee relations in coordination with management.
• Support HR policies, SOPs and continuous improvement of HR processes.
