Job summary

You will drive performance appraisal, employee development, and engagement initiatives while ensuring adherence to Indian labour laws and company policies. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in HR or related field.
• 5-8 years of HR generalist/managerial experience.
• Knowledge of Indian labour laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
