Job summary

Genxhire Services in Mumbai (Ghatkopar) is seeking a Sr. HR Executive to manage payroll, compliance and HR operations. The role requires 4-5 years of experience and graduation or MBA/MSW in HR.

You will coordinate payroll processing, statutory compliance, audits, and employee relations, while handling recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and records. Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher in HR/related field.
• 4–5 years experience in HR, payroll, compliance.
• Experience with statutory and labour law compliance in India.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll processing and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, and Gratuity.
• Handle contractor labour compliance and statutory audits.
• Maintain statutory registers, returns, and compliance records.
• Support employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
• Liaise with government authorities for labour law compliance and inspections.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leaves, and records.

Required Skills
