Job summary

Job Search is urgently seeking an experienced HR Executive for a well-known manufacturing company at Bhiwandi. The role requires 6-7 years of experience and a Graduate/Post Graduate qualification. You will handle day-to-day HR activities, attendance, payroll inputs, recruitment, onboarding, and statutory compliance, with emphasis on PF, ESIC, PT, LWF.

Strong MS Excel and HRMS skills required. This on-site position in Maharashtra offers exposure to labor relations, appraisals, training, and HRMIS

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/plant HR is preferred.
• Graduate or postgraduate in a relevant field.
• Experience with payroll and labour laws.
• Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR & Personnel activities for the manufacturing plant.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, overtime and employee records.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation and exit formalities.
• Maintain HRMS and employee master data.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and applicable labour laws.
• Coordinate contract labour and statutory compliance related to workers.
• Maintain factory and labour statutory records and support inspections.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
• Coordinate performance appraisal, increments, training and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR MIS and manpower reports and coordinate with HODs for manpower requirements.
