Malhotra Cables in Gurugram is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage day-to-day HR functions and support a dynamic workforce. The role emphasizes employee relations, manpower planning, attendance and payroll coordination, recruitment, and training & development to ensure smooth operations.

You will contribute to statutory compliance, maintain HR documentation, and oversee induction training for new employees, helping foster a compliant and productive workplace.
