Job summary

Alfa Precision Technologies seeks an HR Generalist in Mumbai with 2–4 years of experience to oversee recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and HR operations. You will address employee grievances, support performance management, drive engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

The role also covers exit processes and records management. The ideal candidate has hands-on HR operations experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with HR software.

Qualifications
