Job summary

Corporate Business Support Solutions in Bengaluru, India seeks an HR professional to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and ensure policy compliance. The role requires coordinating with multiple departments to address employee concerns and maintain accurate HR records.

The incumbent will develop retention strategies, drive onboarding, performance appraisals, and engagement initiatives to support a positive workplace culture. Immediate joiners are preferred.

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities such as joining formalities, exit formalities, induction, offer generation, onboarding, performance appraisal system, employee grievances, employee engagement, and employee communication.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to human resources.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve conflicts and address employee concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for employee retention and engagement initiatives.
