Job summary

You will act as HR business partner, maintain records, ensure policy compliance, and support attendance management within the Gujarat, India location.

Responsibilities

• Manage Talent Acquisition and end-to-end Recruitment processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires.
• Oversee the complete Employee Life Cycle from joining to exit.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.
• Support performance management processes and appraisals.
• Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
• Serve as HR Business Partner for assigned departments.
• Maintain HR records and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor and manage attendance records.
