The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in HR operations, strong analytics, advanced Excel and HRIS experience, and excellent communication for global collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding activities for technology hires, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
• Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, background verification, system access, and new hire orientation.
• Maintain employee data across HR systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Prepare and analyse HR metrics, workforce reports, dashboards, and people analytics to enable data-driven decisions.
• Interpret and administer HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines across the organization.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations, onboarding, and policies.
• Support employee lifecycle processes, including promotions, transfers, organizational changes, and exits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, data privacy regulations, and governance standards.
• Support global HR initiatives and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple geographies.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, HR reporting, analytics, and HRIS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, employee data governance, and HR operational best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage global stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-growth technology environment.

Ideal Candidate

• 6+ years of experience in HR Operations within Technology, GCC, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage, interpret, and derive insights from HR data and reports.
