Job summary

Globelance in Gujarat is seeking a proactive HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end HR operational activities in the IT/SaaS space, with a hybrid work model. The role focuses on data accuracy, compliance, and delivering a seamless employee experience.

You will handle HRMS/HRIS, onboarding, offboarding, SOPs, LMS administration, and reporting across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in an HR Operations role with hands-on HRMS/HRIS experience.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, onboarding and offboarding.
• Experience with LMS administration and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage HRMS/HRIS data accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exits.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and interview scheduling.
• Implement and monitor SOPs to ensure compliance.

HR Operations Executive (IT.SaaS Industry)

Location: Gujarat (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end HR operational activities within our IT/SaaS industry. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HRMS/HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Implement and monitor HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including offboarding processes.
• Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training programs.
• Maintain HR data management and generate reports as required.

• Exposure to HR compliance, policy implementation, onboarding, offboarding, LMS, and Performance Management Systems (PMS).
