Job summary

Cloudxtreme in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an experienced HR Reporting & Analytics professional to input, validate, and govern employee data while delivering insightful reports and dashboards.

You will partner with stakeholders, apply data mining techniques, and build dashboards to improve talent insights for the management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Deep understanding of HR technology, systems, HR data and reporting.
• 3–5 years of operational experience in Reporting & Analytics (Preferably HR).
• Proficient in Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, MS Visio and/or other Process Flow software (advanced level).
• Expert skills in Excel (lookups, if statements, macros, dashboard building, graphing, visualization).
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Systematic approach to problem solving with a desire to create a better future for our stakeholders (design thinking).
• Strong analytics skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Superior language proficiency in English.
• Strong tool knowledge and functionality understanding.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update employee information in system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Perform ongoing validation, reconciliation and audit of employee data and data management processes, implementing data governance framework.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for daily workflow and provide necessary updates.
• Maintain high level of accuracy on all transactions/reporting/analysis.
• Proactively identify trends that can solve business problems, risks, and highlight opportunities.
• Play a pivotal role in planning and implementing activities of the Global Reporting and Analytics function.
• Gather and analyze data and prepare/disseminate reports and presentations with insights and recommendations to management.
• Analyze data and apply critical thinking on data mining and reporting requests; interpret results with various techniques.
• Provide reports to business leaders while identifying ways to improve talent insights through dashboards.
• Manage and deliver regular and ad hoc reports to business leaders.

Role Specific Responsibilities

Required for this position:

• Understanding data flow and interfacing systems to build automated solutions for reporting and analytics needs.
• Ability to independently interact with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, assess complexity and define timelines.
