Job summary

Cloudxtreme in Hyderabad, India is seeking a Reporting & Analytics professional to manage HR data, dashboards, and regular/ad hoc reports for business leaders.

You will validate data, support governance, and deliver insights to management, using Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems to drive people analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of HR data, reporting and governance.
• 3–5 years of experience in Reporting & Analytics (HR preferred).
• Proficient in Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; Visio or process-flow tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Accurately input and update employee information in system, ensuring data integrity and consistency

• Performing ongoing validation, reconciliation and audit of employee data and data management processes, implementing data governance framework
• Coordinating with the stakeholders for daily workflow and providing the necessary updates
• Maintain high level of accuracy on all transactions/reporting/Analysis
• Proactively identifying trends that can solve business problems, risks, and highlight areas of opportunity
• Play a pivotal role in the planning and implementation activities of the Global Reporting and Analytics function.
• Gather and analyze data and prepare and disseminate reports/presentations that provide insight, identify trends, and offer recommendations to the management team, in addition to daily reporting for the broader team.
• Analyze data and apply critical thinking on data mining and reporting requests. Interpret results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to more complex data analysis.
• Provide a suite of reports to business leaders while identifying innovative ways to improve the quality of talent insights through dashboards.
• Manage and deliver regular and ad hoc reports to business leaders.

Required for this position:

• Bachelors degree or master’s degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
• Deep understanding of HR technology, systems, HR data and reporting
• 3 - 5 years of operational experience in Reporting & Analytics (Preferably HR)
• Proficient in Word, Outlook and Power point, MS Visio and/or other Process Flow software (advanced level)
• Expert skills in Excel (lookups, if statements, macros, dashboard building, graphing, visualization)
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
