Job summary

Tranzeal Technologies is seeking a Senior HR executive/HR generalist to lead key HR functions across the employee lifecycle in Hyderabad. You will own onboarding, transfers, promotions and exit formalities while ensuring data integrity and timely HR processes.

You will manage payroll inputs, employee relations, and engagement initiatives, collaborating with finance and IT to enable a seamless employee experience and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.
• Hands-on with HRMS and background verification (BGV) processes.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, employee lifecycle, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
• Manage employee data, documents, records, and HR letters.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and payroll queries with vendors.
• Support payroll and statutory compliance tasks with finance.

Are you an experienced HR professional who is passionate about people, processes and creating a great employee experience?

Tranzeal Technologies is looking for a proactive and hands‑on Senior HR executive/HR generalist to join our team and take ownership of key HR functions across the employee lifecycle.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Manage end-to-end onboarding, transfers, promotions and exit formalities
• Manage employee documentation, records and HR letters
• Ensure smooth and timely execution of HR processes
• Manage employee data through any HRMS platform
• Coordinate end-to-end Background Verification (BGV)
• Maintain HR databases, MIS and management reports
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs - attendance, leave, incentives, deductions and reimbursements
• Support PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance activities
• Coordinate with finance/payroll vendors to resolve payroll queries

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as the primary HR contact for employee queries
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
• Promote effective communication and policy adherence
• Collaborate with finance, IT, business teams, and external HR vendors
• Drive timely resolution of HR operational requirements
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information

• 5-8 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles
• Hands-on experience with HRMS & BGV processes
• Strong knowledge of payroll, employee lifecycle & statutory compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HR MIS & reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
