Responsibilities

• Assessing the talent and human resource need-gap analysis, devising a recruitment plan and matching timely demands.
• Creating job profiles, job posting, lining up interviews, holding assessments and shortlisting the best employees to fill positions.
• Maintaining a smooth induction onboarding process, defining employee career path, training programs and cost to company.
• Manage company asset allocation to employees, negotiation, compensation, benefit plans and perquisites for each role.
• Conducting Inductions - This involves welcoming new employees to the organization and providing them with necessary information, training, and resources to integrate them into the company culture and their roles effectively.
• Employee Engagement- Working on Fun or Festival or events activities in Office : This could involve organizing activities or celebrations within the office to boost morale, celebrate achievements, or mark special occasions such as holidays or team milestones.
• Employee Relations - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and issues.
• Employee Grievances- addressing and resolving employee concerns, complaints, and conflicts
