Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Senior HR & Admin Executive with 3-5 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee coordination, and day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, taking ownership of HR processes, and ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with department heads and management.
- Draft and publish job descriptions and manage job postings across relevant recruitment platforms.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and provide accurate inputs for payroll processing.
- Handle day-to-day employee queries and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
- Support performance appraisal, employee engagement.
- Manage employee exit formalities, clearance, and full & final documentation.
Administration Responsibilities
- Take ownership of day-to-day office administration and facility management.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, assets, inventory
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other service providers..
- Manage vendor relationships, quotations, purchase requirements, and administrative expenses.
- Coordinate internal meetings, events, employee activities, and other office requirements.
- Maintain office-related records, documents, agreements, and service details.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in HR & Administration or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle, HR documentation, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and performance management.
- Experience in office administration, vendor management, procurement, and facility coordination.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and responsible approach.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and familiar with HR/recruitment tools.
