Job summary

Wonderbiz Technologies in Thane West is seeking a Senior Hiring Executive with strong experience in non-IT recruitment to join a 100 percent office-based team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, design JD specs, post openings, and screen candidates to ensure right matches.

The role requires coordinating interviews, meeting daily sourcing targets, and promoting the company as a great place to work. This position emphasizes stakeholder engagement and timely communication.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in non-IT recruitment.
• Office-based role in Thane West.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment, gathering requirements from Managers, CEOs, etc.
• Prepare and design the Job Description/Job specification; post JDs by mentioning the exact requirements.
• Searching and Screening of the CVs by using a database, social network, social media, various Job Posting sites, etc.
• Calling, Shortlisting, and screening the best suitable candidates as per the open position; right match for the right job.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
• Meeting daily calling or sourcing targets, posting job openings on various portals.
• Taking feedback from the Panel after Interviews and updating the status, maintaining the database.
• Promoting the company's reputation as the best place to work.
• Checking emails and inquiries, replying to them, and forwarding the same to the concerned authorities.
