You will own end-to-end IT recruitment, engaging with heads of engineering and cross-functional teams to attract top tech talent. The role requires 4–10 years of experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to design precise job descriptions, screen candidates, and drive the interview process to final offers.

Qualifications

• End-to-end IT recruitment with stakeholder coordination.
• Lateral or leadership hiring for IT profiles (Java, .Net, Angular, React, Python).
• Create and post precise JD/Job specs.
• Source and screen CVs from databases, social networks, and portals.
• Shortlist and screen candidates matching open roles.
• Conduct interviews and manage candidate status.
• Meet daily targets for calling or sourcing and post openings.
• Maintain/update candidate database and collect panel feedback.
• Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, Internet, PDF.

Responsibilities

• Handle full cycle IT recruitment from requirements to offer.

• Prepare and design the Job Description/Job specification, Post JDs by mentioning the exact requirements.
• Searching and Screening of the CVs by using a database, social network, social media, various Job Posting sites, etc.
• Calling, Shortlisting, and Screening the best suitable candidates as per the open position – Right match for the right job.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
• Meeting daily calling or sourcing target, post job openings on various portals.
• Taking feedback from the Panel after Interviews and updating the status, Maintaining the database.
• Promote the company’s reputation as the best place to work.
• Checking emails, inquiries- replying to them forwarding the same to the concerned authorities.
• Experience working with Word, Excel, PPT, Internet, PDF, etc.
