Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Software Developer specialized in BMC Helix to own development, integration, and deployment of Remedy/Helix ITSM applications in enterprise environments. You will cover the full lifecycle from design to support, ensuring alignment with ITIL practices and business processes.

You will develop, configure, and customize modules across Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, SRM, SLM, and Knowledge Management, while managing data, server components, and complex integrations.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years hands-on development with BMC Remedy AR System and BMC/Helix ITSM
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience with enterprise ITSM integrations and migrations
• Ability to create architectural diagrams, design specifications, and process documentation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize BMC Remedy AR System and ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, SRM, SLM, and Knowledge Management
• Manage Foundation Data and configure ITSM components end-to-end
• Administer Remedy Server and Mid-Tier – AR Server, Approval Server, Email Engine, Reporting, and Audit Logging
• Perform installation, upgrades, feature design, development, and data loads for BMC Remedy/Helix applications
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party and B2B systems; lead migrations and consolidation of disparate systems into an enterprise ITSM infrastructure
• Provide technical support across the Remedy Suite – including ADDM, BCM, CMDB, and Asset Management – across production, test, and development environments
• Manage Change Management approvals, assignments, notification mechanisms, SLM, and end-to-end CM lifecycle
• Perform bug fixes, workflow enhancements, and troubleshoot applications at workflow and database levels
• Translate business requirements into application designs using best-practice technical solutions; create and maintain design specifications and architectural diagrams
• Support all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

What You Will Do
