Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a seasoned software professional with 4–10 years of experience in product development and ARS/Helix platforms. You will design and implement enterprise solutions, build integrations via REST APIs, and work across SRM, Incident, Change and CMDB modules in a fast-paced agile setting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software using Remedy ARS/BMC Helix tools, including iPaaS (Jitterbit), and stay aligned with modern development practices.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of product development and implementation experience.
• Experience with ARS Forms & ARS objects (Active Links, Filters, Escalation, Menus).
• Experience with REST APIs and web services; JavaScript/JSON familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise software products in a fast-paced, distributed agile environment.
• Build and maintain integrations using Remedy APIs and Web Services.
• Work with SRM, Incident, Change, Work Order and CMDB modules; ensure high-quality delivery.

What you will do

• 4 ~10 years of product development and Implementation experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products using BMC Remedy ARS/BMC Helix as a development platform.
• Proficiency and prior experience in ARS Development using ARS Forms & ARS objects - Active Links, Filters, Escalation, Active Link Guides, Filter Guides, Menus, Web Services, and Applications.
• Proficiency in BMC Helix Innovation Suite, BMC Helix MCB, and BMC Helix iPaaS (Jitterbit) for development and support.
• Expertise in integrations using Web Services, REST APIS, database queries, and third-party software.
• Very Good Exposure to Remedy Integrations using the latest version of Remedy APIs, ARS workflow, Integrations with SRM, Incident, Change, Work Order and CMDB Module.

Experience 4-10 Year

You will bring

• Experience in developing enterprise software products in a fast-paced, distributed, and agile development environment
• Experience in developing/accessing Web Services, including good knowledge of REST protocols and web development using Java-script/JSON will be an added advantage
• Experience in SRM, BWF, DWP, and DWP Catalogue
• Experience in Asset Management, Smart IT and Helix Dashboard
