You will partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate screenings, and drive offer negotiations.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of core healthcare recruiting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Recruit for healthcare positions such as RNs, LPNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists, medical assistants, and administrative staff.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and other channels.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks, background screenings, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company hiring policies and credentialing requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports to management.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, job expos, and networking events.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our on-site recruiting team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of healthcare positions, including clinical, allied health, and non-clinical roles. You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, attract top healthcare talent, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Recruit for healthcare positions such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), physicians, therapists, medical assistants, and administrative staff.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks, background screenings, and offer negotiations.
