Zudu AI enables large enterprises and call‑center‑driven businesses to automate customer interactions using human‑like AI voice agents. We power 24/7 enterprise support, outbound campaigns, CPaaS integrations, and multilingual voice automation at scale. Our clients include banks, NBFCs, diagnostic chains, CPaaS platforms, and retailers handling millions of calls. We are expanding our demand‑generation engine to target enterprise buyers and need a specialist who truly understands high‑intent B2B SaaS customer acquisition.

Role Overview

You will own Zudu AI’s Google Ads strategy end‑to‑end—from research to campaign setup to optimization—to generate high‑quality demo calls and enterprise leads. This is not a standard performance‑marketing role; you must understand enterprise funnels, SaaS GTM, long sales cycles, and high‑ticket conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

• Build a complete Google Ads strategy for enterprise demand generation.
• Map industry‑specific keyword clusters (BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, CPaaS, Call Centers, Insurance, E‑commerce).
• Create funnel‑based campaigns (Awareness → Consideration → Demo Booking).
• Plan competitive conquesting campaigns (Retell.ai, Observe.ai, Gnani.ai, Yellow.ai, Exotel, etc.).

2. Campaign Execution

• Set up Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display campaigns targeting enterprise buyers.
• Build and optimize landing pages with clear messaging and conversion paths.
• Create and manage retargeting loops (Google + LinkedIn + website audiences).

3. Optimization & Scaling

• Run A/B tests on ad copies, CTAs, landing pages, and keywords.
• Optimize for high‑intent conversions (demo calls, enterprise form fills).
• Reduce CAC and improve ROAS while scaling budgets.
• Implement GA4 + UTM tracking + CRM integration (Close/HubSpot/Zoho).

4. Reporting

• Weekly dashboards on CPL, CPA, ROAS, ad spend, funnel performance, and lead quality.
• Provide insights to support sales, product, and leadership teams.

Required Experience

Must‑Have

• 3–7 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise demand‑gen experience.
• Proven track record running Google Ads for high‑ticket B2B (ACV $10K+).
• Deep understanding of enterprise buyer personas (CXO, IT heads, Digital Transformation heads).
• Strong experience with competitive bidding, long‑tail keywords, and multi‑step funnels.
• Experience integrating Google Ads with CRM platforms.

Good To Have

• Experience with AI, CX automation, cloud, or communication‑tech solutions.
• Knowledge of account‑based marketing (ABM).
• Experience running ads for international markets (US, Middle East, SEA preferred).
• Basic knowledge of landing‑page tools (Unbounce, Webflow, Framer, Next.js).
