Overview

BLVT Network Private Limited is hiring a seasoned Google Ads professional with 3–4+ years of hands-on experience running performance-driven campaigns across lead generation and eCommerce businesses in India and international markets.

This is a pure execution + optimization role for someone who truly understands the Google Ads ecosystem end-to-end — not just campaign setup, but tracking, attribution, scaling, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and scale Google Ads campaigns across multiple accounts
• Run and optimize Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max & YouTube Ads
• Manage lead generation & eCommerce campaigns with clear ROI goals
• Handle high-budget accounts and optimize for scale, efficiency & ROAS
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking (forms, calls, purchases, events)
• Manage and audit GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
• Build and optimize keyword strategies, bidding strategies & audience targeting
• Create and test ad copies, extensions, creatives, and landing-page alignment
• Analyze performance data and prepare actionable insights & reports
• Work closely with internal teams (design, landing pages, strategy)
• Ensure account hygiene, compliance, and best practices across all campaigns
• Stay updated with Google Ads platform changes, policies & new features

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
• Proven experience running lead gen + eCommerce campaigns
• Strong command over Search, Shopping, YouTube & Performance Max
• Deep understanding of Google Ads bidding, funnels & attribution
• Solid experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking
• Experience managing medium to high ad spends
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
• Experience working with agencies and/or brands
• Strong ownership mindset and execution discipline
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Experience running ads for D2C, eCommerce, SaaS or service brands
• Experience working with international clients or global campaigns
• Familiarity with CRO concepts and landing-page optimization
• Exposure to tools like Looker Studio, Call Tracking, or CRM integrations
