Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to lead and execute strategic initiatives across our suite of software products. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver high‑impact projects on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals.

Expertise / Skills

6+ years into Implementation of a Software

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementation, configuration, and optimization projects for clients.
• Understand client business processes and map them effectively to product capabilities.
• Conduct discovery sessions, solution workshops, and product demos for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and support teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Design and document scalable solutions, workflows, and integration strategies.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple client engagements.
• Provide post‑implementation advisory and ongoing product consultancy.
• Mentor junior consultants and act as a subject matter expert on core product offerings.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external client stakeholders.
• Identify risks early, manage scope changes, and ensure timely communication.
• Have clear alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.
• Translate client requirements into practical, scalable product configurations.
• Thoughtful feedback integration into product improvement cycles.

Desired Candidate details

• Strong domain knowledge in e.g., ERP, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail Tech, etc.
• Hands‑on experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and client‑facing delivery.
• Understanding of project lifecycles, APIs, integrations, and enterprise IT environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• 6+ years of experience in a consulting, solution engineering, or implementation role— preferably in a product‑based IT company.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (MBA or relevant certifications a plus).
