We are seeking a seasoned Consultant to lead and execute strategic initiatives across our suite of software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-impact projects on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals.

Expertise / Skills

4+ years into Implementation of a Software

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementation, configuration, and optimization projects for clients.
• Understand client business processes and map them effectively to product capabilities.
• Conduct discovery sessions, solution workshops, and product demos for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and support teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Design and document scalable solutions, workflows, and integration strategies.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple client engagements.
• Provide post-implementation advisory and ongoing product consultancy.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external client stakeholders.
• Identify risks early, manage scope changes, and ensure timely communication.
• Have clear alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.
• Translate client requirements into practical, scalable product configurations.
• Thoughtful feedback integration into product improvement cycles.

Desired Candidate details

• 4+ years of experience in a consulting, solution engineering, or implementation role—preferably in a product-based IT company.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong domain knowledge in e.g., ERP, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail Tech, etc.
• Hands‑on experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and client‑facing delivery.
• Understanding of project lifecycles, APIs, integrations, and enterprise IT environments.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline (MBA or relevant certifications a plus).
