Job summary

DPDP Consultants in Noida is seeking a Senior Functional / Implementation Consultant with 4+ years in implementation and functional analysis. You will translate client requirements into effective ERP/CRM solutions and work closely with clients to configure and implement systems on-site.

You will lead workshops, document business processes, develop functional designs, manage data migration and integrations, and provide post-implementation support and training. Travel across India may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a Functional Consultant or similar with proven implementations.
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to map business processes and identify gaps.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Consultant with over 4 years of expertise in implementation and functional analysis. The candidate must have led product implementation for various customers, possess a deep understanding of business processes, and translate client requirements into effective solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand needs, configuring and implementing solutions, providing ongoing support and delivering product walkthroughs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and meetings to define project scope and objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and product team.
• Develop and deliver functional design specifications based on client requirements.
• Configure and customize systems to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Manage end‑to‑end implementation processes, including data migration, system integration, and user training.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Functional Consultant or similar role, with proven track record of successful implementations.
• Proficiency in relevant software platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• Strong analytical skills to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to address issues and provide effective solutions.
• Skilled in creating presentations; knowledge of Canva is required.
• Open to frequent travel across India.

Project Management & Testing

• Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and manage risks and issues.
• Design and execute test plans; identify, document, and resolve defects.
• Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshooting, and training to end users.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications or a Master’s degree is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Assurance.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or specific software certifications.
