• Manage end-to-end finishing works including flooring, painting, tiling, faade, waterproofing, false ceiling, and fittings.
• Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, MEP, and project teams for smooth site progress.
• Monitor project timelines, material planning, and manpower deployment.
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve finishing-related issues.
• Ensure safety compliance and timely handover of units.
