Suchirindia Constructions is seeking a dedicated Finishing Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in the construction sector. You will supervise finishing activities at project sites, ensuring quality workmanship, timely completion, and compliance with specifications.

Responsibilities include monitoring execution, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and maintaining records while upholding safety on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering required.
• 2–3 years' experience in finishing works in residential/commercial projects.
• Good knowledge of finishing materials and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Supervise finishing works: plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, ceilings, waterproofing, joinery.
• Monitor site execution per drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants and site teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure timely completion of works per project schedule.
• Conduct quality inspections and rectify finishing defects.
• Maintain material consumption records and proper utilization of materials.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on work status.
• Ensure safety standards and housekeeping at site during execution.
• Assist in measurement verification and billing of contractors.
