Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, timely execution, and compliance with project specifications.
• Interpret AutoCAD drawings and execute work accordingly.
• Prepare and review BOQ, quantity calculations, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure QA/QC and safety compliance.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and timelines.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and provide guidance to execution teams.
• Maintain project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Ensure finishing works are completed within timelines and budgets.

Role Overview

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD drawing interpretation, BOQ, estimation, and quantity calculations .
  
• Experience in vendor, contractor, and subcontractor management .
  
• Strong knowledge of site execution, quality control, and construction practices .
  
• Good communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Willingness to travel across project sites in Kolkata .
