Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Gurugram, India, is seeking a Vendor Verification Specialist to verify banking information and perform outbound verification calls to vendors to prevent fraud and ensure secure payment processing.

You will conduct thorough vendor bank detail verifications, follow fraud prevention protocols, and collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to ensure timely payments while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Formación

• Basic Accounting Knowledge is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in the industry.
• Accounting background with B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills for professional vendor interactions.
• Strong investigative abilities to detect potentially fraudulent activities.
• Professional telephone manner with clear articulation and active listening skills.
• Comfort with making multiple outbound verification calls daily.
• Computer skills, including Excel.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to ERP includes Yardi, PeopleSoft, and Work Dynamics.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive banking and vendor information.
• Stay updated on the latest payment fraud schemes and prevention techniques.
• Understand and comply with all JLL A/P policies and procedures.

• Conduct thorough verification of vendor banking details before payment processing
• Make outbound calls to vendors to confirm banking information changes and payment details

Employee Specifications

• Basic Accounting Knowledge - Domain-specific knowledge will be an added advantage.
• 2-5 years of Experience in the Industry.
