Responsibilities

• Basic understanding on accounts payable.
• Monitor and enforce AP compliance across sites and accounting staff.
• Perform various other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
• Monthly accrual posting.
• AP reporting and ensuring checklists are followed for invoice processing.
• Ensure corporate policies, statutory and SOX requirements are implemented and complied.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors when required.
• Effective query management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and a team player.
• Ability to work overtime in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible shift timings.
• Possible reassignment to different teams to support other regions.

Apprentice - Accounts Payable

What this job involves

• Basic understanding on accounts payable.
• Monitor and enforce compliance by all JLL employees involved in the A/P process (site and accounting personnel) in respect to standard A/P policies and procedures.
• Perform various other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
• Monthly Accrual Posting
• Accounts Payable related reporting Ensuring all checklist of AP Invoice processing is taken care as per the process requirements.
• Ensuring that corporate policies and procedures, statutory and SOX requirements are implemented and complied.
• Liaising with internal and external auditors when required Effective query management
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Detail Oriented and Team Player
• Ability to work overtime when required in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible in terms of Shift timings.
• The person could be moved to different team to support other regions.
