Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Apprentice in Accounts Payable. The role supports AP processes remotely from Gurugram, India, with scheduled 40 hours per week.

The candidate will handle basic AP tasks, ensure policy compliance, assist with monthly accruals, and contribute to AP reporting. The ideal candidate has an accounting background, is proficient with Microsoft Office, and demonstrates strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Basic understanding on accounts payable.
• Monitor and enforce compliance by all staff in A/P processes.
• Monthly accrual postings for AP.
• AP related reporting and checklist compliance.
• Ensure SOX and corporate policies are followed.
• Liaise with internal/external auditors as needed.
• Effective query management.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Ability to work overtime in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible shift timings; may move to different teams to support regions.

What this job involves

• Basic understanding on accounts payable.
• Monitor and enforce compliance by all JLL employees involved in the A/P process (site and accounting personnel) in respect to standard A/P policies and procedures.
• Perform various other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
• Monthly Accrual Posting
• Accounts Payable related reporting
• Ensuring all checklist of AP Invoice processing is taken care as per the process requirements.
• Ensuring that corporate policies and procedures, statutory and SOX requirements are implemented and complied.
• Liaising with internal and external auditors when required.
• Effective query management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Detail Oriented and Team Player.
• Ability to work overtime when required in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible in terms of Shift timings. The person could be moved to different team to support other regions.

Employee Specifications

• Accounting Background with Basic Accounting Knowledge
• Domain specific knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Computer Savvy and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
