Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day soft services operations including pantry/cafeteria, meeting/event setups, housekeeping, and workplace amenities as per scope and standards
- Monitor food quality, presentation, service timing, portion control, and adherence to FSSAI and safety guidelines
- Coordinate with vendors, catering partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, SLA compliance, and issue resolution
- Maintain inventory, oversee supply stocks, validate vendor bills, and support cost control initiatives
- Collect and document employee and guest feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and implement continuous improvements
- Prepare and update service, hygiene, and audit checklists; ensure audit and statutory documentation is current and compliant
- Conduct regular facility inspections, safety checks, pest control coordination, and waste management activities
- Provide comprehensive on-ground support for corporate events, conferences, town halls, and executive meetings
- Ensure strict compliance with health, hygiene, security, statutory regulations, and company policies at all times
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and support management reporting requirements
- Act as primary liaison between client, vendors, and JLL management team
- Implement facility standards, best practices, and service improvement initiatives
- Willing to work in flexible shifts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Facility Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate soft services, F&B operations, integrated facility management, or events
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multi-service coordination skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, documentation, and reporting
- Understanding of FSSAI regulations, workplace hygiene standards, and health & safety compliance
- Experience with vendor management, contract compliance, and service level agreements
- Customer service excellence with problem-solving and quality focus
- Familiarity with facility management systems and ticketing platforms preferred
