Job summary

Intelligent Community Management in Bengaluru seeks a Facility Manager to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and other building systems. You will coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, ensure safety compliance and develop policies.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering, relevant MEP certifications, and 3-7 years of FM/MEP experience in commercial or mixed-use properties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Relevant certifications in MEP systems, such as HVAC or electrical licenses, are preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in facility management or MEP operations, preferably in commercial, residential, or mixed-use properties.
