Job summary

Cozmo Travel is seeking a dynamic Senior Executive -TA to support talent acquisition and employee relations across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions and enhance the employee experience, aligning people practices with business goals.

The role requires 4–6 years in HR, strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and hands-on ATS/HRMS experience. You will thrive in a fast-paced travel environment, manage multiple priorities, and uphold

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of relevant HR experience with end-to-end talent acquisition.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Travel or Hospitality industry preferred.
• Exposure to ATS tools (e.g., Smart Recruiters) is an advantage.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder organization.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive -TA to support the organization across talent acquisition, and employee relations, The role will work closely with business leaders and employees to deliver effective HR solutions, ensure a positive employee experience, and support the organization's people and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Good understanding of talent acquisition and manpower planning.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills..
• Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with HRMS/HR technology platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Employee documentation and reporting

Education

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
OR

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

• 4 to 6 years of relevant HR experience with exposure to end to end Talent Acquisition
• Stakeholder Management
• Experience in the Travel or Hospitality industry will be preferred.
• Exposure to Smart Recruiters or any ATS will be an advantage.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder organization is preferred.
