ReCare Electrical LLP is seeking a Senior Executive (Solar O&M) in Surat to oversee daily site coordination, attendance tracking, and generation monitoring across multiple solar plants. The role involves coordinating with site teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely completion of O&M tasks and accurate reporting.

You will manage logbooks, attendance sheets, and asset value documentation, while verifying contracts and preparing reports for DGVCL and internal use.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in solar O&M.
• Proficient in Excel and data reporting.
• Fluent in English and Gujarati.

Responsabilités

• Maintain daily logbook entries for all solar sites and follow up with site personnel on pending logbooks.
• Prepare and update the daily attendance sheet of the O&M team.
• Monitor plant data on inverter platforms (Solis, Sungrow, Merlin) and review inverter alarms.
• Update hourly and daily generation sheets for all sites.
• Follow up with site teams on grass cutting and module cleaning; save photo/video proof and keep tracking sheets updated.
• Prepare O&M contracts and offers (in Gujarati and English); incorporate changes and arrange printing for approval.
• Verify contract details such as commissioning date and set-off date; prepare feeder-wise lists.
• Prepare asset value sheets for plants.
• Prepare curtailment and other reports for DGVCL and internal use.
• Maintain site stock records (e.g., DC cables, MC4 connectors).
• Attend weekly and customer meetings; circulate meeting points and action items to the team.
• Coordinate with the manager, site teams, vendors and customers, and submit the daily work report.

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Solar O&M Coordinator to manage daily site coordination, generation tracking, attendance, documentation, and reporting activities. The role involves regular coordination with site teams, vendors, customers, and management to ensure smooth O&M operations and timely completion of pending activities.

• Knowledge of inverter monitoring platforms such as Solis, Sungrow, and Merlin.
• Basic understanding of solar plant generation, curtailment, attendance, and site maintenance records.
• Good communication and coordination skills for working with site teams, vendors, customers, and management.
