Job summary

Akuntha Projects Private Limited in Gujarat seeks a dedicated Solar O&M Engineer/Technician to maintain and service solar PV plants across sites.

You will perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, monitor performance, inspect components, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Travel to project sites is required.

A Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering plus 1–5 years in solar O&M is preferred; driving license may be advantageous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of solar rooftop and ground-mounted plants.
• Monitor plant performance and identify generation losses.
• Inspect solar panels, inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, SCADA and switchgear.
• Carry out cleaning and earthing inspections and cable health checks.
• Troubleshoot electrical and communication faults in solar systems.
• Coordinate with clients and site teams for maintenance activities.
• Prepare maintenance and service reports and daily activity logs.
• Ensure safety standards and electrical regulations compliance.
• Support commissioning and testing activities when required.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Solar O&M Engineer / Technician to join our team for operation and maintenance (O&M) of solar power plants. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and ensuring smooth operation of solar PV systems and associated electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of solar rooftop and ground-mounted power plants.
• Monitor plant performance and identify generation losses.
• Inspect solar panels, inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, SCADA systems, and switchgear.
• Carry out cleaning inspection, earthing inspection, and cable health checks.
• Troubleshoot electrical and communication faults in solar systems.
• Coordinate with clients and site teams for maintenance activities.
• Prepare maintenance reports, service reports, and daily activity logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
• Support commissioning and testing activities when required.

Required Skills

• (20,000 to 30,000 Per month) Based on experience and skills
