Job summary

Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited is seeking a Packing Supervisor to lead day-to-day packing operations in a manufacturing plant in Gujarat. The role involves planning, supervising, and coordinating with QA/QC, F&D, Warehouse and Engineering teams to ensure timely execution and compliance with documentation such as BMR/BPR, SOPs and calibration records.

The candidate should be proficient in packing-related processes, have experience in QMS documentation, SAP transactions, and possess manpower

Qualifications

• Experience in packing operations in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with QA/QC coordination and documentation processes.
• Knowledge of SOPs, BPRs, change controls, deviations and CAPA processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise day-to-day packing activities to meet production targets.
• Coordinate with F&D, QA, QC, Warehouse and Engineering teams.
• Review and prepare packing documentation, BMR/BPR, daily logs and calibration records.
• Involve in equipment/instrument qualification and related documents.
• Assist in packing process troubleshooting and ensure safety norms are followed.

Job Description:

Day to day Shiftwise Packing planning and executions as per manufacturing targets.Supervision of day-to-day Packing activities. Online documentation entries and review of documents like BMR, BPR, Daily Logs, weighing balance Calibration records etc. Co-ordination with F&D, QA, QC, Warehouse and Engineering department for day-to-day Packing activities. Know about the packing validation batch execution and all documentations. Know about the preparation of SOPs & conduct periodic review of SOPs and its trainings. Know about the BPR preparations. Timely involvement in the Equipment / Instruments qualification and documents. Know about the trouble shooting for the PackingProcess & Equipments. Know about Quality management system Like Change control, Deviation, Investigations & CAPA. SAP knowledge for Production related transactions. To have Manpower management skill. Adherence to safety norms and keeping all time Packing area Readiness for Audits.

GOOD TO HAVE:

• 1. Handling of QMS documentation in software system
