Job summary

Ashkom is seeking a Production Planning Executive in Packing to plan POs, packing schedules, and batch availability at our Goa facility. You will coordinate with Production, QA, Warehouse, and SIP to ensure timely release and material readiness.

The role requires 1–5 years of experience in production planning, strong SAP and Excel skills, and the ability to maintain MIS dashboards and daily trackers.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in production planning and packing.
• Experience with SAP transactions and production coordination.
• Strong MS Excel and MIS skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan POs, packing schedules, inspection plans, and batch availability.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Warehouse, and SIP for release and material availability.
• Check BMR/BPR confirmation, batch release, stereos, and packing materials.
• Manage SAP transactions including GI & Production Confirmation.
• Monitor daily production/packing output and maintain Excel trackers/MIS.
• Plan temporary manpower and OT requirements.
• Monitor raw and packing material inventory in SAP.
• Ensure availability of materials and documents for the next shift.
