Job summary

Acme Formulation in Solan, Himachal Pradesh seeks an experienced professional to execute and monitor OSD packing activities in line with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. You will plan daily production, manpower, and shift schedules to achieve packing targets while ensuring line clearance and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor OSD packing activities in compliance with cGMP, SOPs, BPR/BMR, and regulatory requirements.
• Plan daily production, manpower, and shift schedules to achieve packing targets.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, Purchase, and Production for smooth operations.
• Review batch records, BOMs, SOPs, and packing documentation.
• Ensure line clearance, reconciliation, in-process checks, and product quality compliance.
• Handle deviations, CAPA, change controls, incidents, and non-recoverable rejections.
• Support process validation, equipment qualification, and regulatory inspections.
• Monitor packing line performance, equipment utilization, and preventive maintenance.
• Drive productivity, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle EDMS/LMS/e-Log systems and ensure data integrity compliance.
• Train and supervise shop-floor personnel while maintaining audit readiness.
