Job summary

Contract Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a skilled professional to ensure hygiene, GMP compliance, and proper packing area operations. The role includes monitoring environment conditions, following SOPs, training participation, and maintaining records throughout the production process.

Responsibilities cover material handling, calibration checks, in-process checks, area cleaning, and participation in equipment qualification.

Responsibilities

To maintain proper hygienic condition before entering to manufacturing area.
To follow packing area entry exit procedure properly.
To take part in training whenever necessary.
To check and ensure that pressure differential of the Packing area are within limit and record it properly.
To ensure proper TEMP/RH conditions in the Packing areas.
To check on line in process parameters like temperature, RH, Labelling & Printing quality at specific interval as mentioned in respective MMD-II and SOPs and record the same in BPR.
Handling the manpower as per production Plan.
To ensure proper cleaning of the Packing areas.
To ensure proper status labeling as per SOP.
To ensure calibration certificates of all measuring instruments comply with norms.
To ensure and perform the Preparation and filtration of disinfectant solution as per SOP.
To perform and ensure on line in-process checks as per SOP.
To perform and ensure area cleaning as per SOP and maintain records.
To perform and ensure cleaning and operation of vial capping machine and maintain the record.
To take part in equipment/ area qualification activities.
To inform supervisor if any deviation from approved procedure/ process.
To follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) during documentation.
To maintain area and equipment logs as per SOP.
To handle SAP transaction as and when required.
Handling of activities from issuance of material to final packing as per requirement.
To create PR of item/ material as per requirement.
To handle QMS related activities.
To follow and ensure plant wise cGMP compliance.
To handle additional responsibility assigned by HOD.
