Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Operations, BPM, Operational Excellence, Consulting, or Project Management.
• Proven experience in process optimization, SOP development, workflow design, and operational improvement.
• Exposure to ERP systems, workflow automation tools, or business process improvement initiatives is an advantage.

Position Summary

The Senior Executive - Process Excellence will play a key role in identifying operational inefficiencies, designing scalable processes, developing SOPs, implementing systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with management and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and establish best practices that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design, document, and implement standardized workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Simplify and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions for recurring operational issues.

2.Business Systems & Operational Excellence

• Develop scalable systems and operational frameworks to support business growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments and business units.
• Identify automation opportunities and work with stakeholders to improve business processes.
• Ensure consistency in operational practices across multiple verticals.

3.Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with department heads to understand operational challenges and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects focused on operational efficiency and process standardization.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between business functions.
• Monitor implementation of process improvements and ensure timely execution.

4.Documentation & Governance

• Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, workflows, checklists, and operational documentation.
• Ensure documentation is updated, standardized, and accessible across departments.
• Support policy development and process governance initiatives.

5.Performance Management

• Develop and monitor operational KPIs and dashboards.
• Analyze performance data and identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management highlighting operational performance and improvement initiatives.

6.Project Management

• Support strategic and operational projects assigned by management.
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and objectives.

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Operations, Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, Consulting, or Project Management.
• Proven experience in process optimization, SOP development, workflow design, and operational improvement.
• Experience working across multiple business functions or industries is preferred.
• Exposure to ERP systems, workflow automation tools, or business process improvement initiatives is an advantage.
