Systems Arabia is seeking a Senior Business Process Excellence / Operational Excellence Specialist to drive enterprise process improvement across business and technology in Delhi. • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to work across Business, Operations and Technology teams.
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Lean Six Sigma, CBPP or similar certification is an advantage.

• Design process governance frameworks, including ownership, accountability, and decision rights.
• Develop Target Operating Models (TOMs) covering processes, people, governance, technology, and operating responsibilities.
• Drive process standardisation, simplification, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for digitalisation, workflow automation, and technology enablement.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and translate business requirements into implementable solutions.
• Support transformation initiatives from assessment and design through implementation.
