Job description

Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a Process Excellence Manager for its Process Excellence vertical. As the Process Excellence vertical, you will be responsible for promoting Innovation mindset and overseeing Business Excellence. You may be required to lead a team to ensure the seamless transition and delivery of various shared services functions to internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include designing strategies for driving Operational Excellence and cultivating a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the assigned business or/and shared services team. You will also interact with team members located in GCoE locations globally.

Exposure and experience in Insurance domain is highly advantageous.

E2E process/ business view to deliver value to the business and drive high impact initiatives

Identify improvement opportunities as per Six Sigma /LEAN/ Automation framework and work with teams to drive till closure generating benefits

Identifying areas of significant Customer Business Impact and improvement opportunities therein and provide strategic direction & thought leadership

Drive and Track Quality DNA - training, testing & certification, lead any other analytics and productivity initiatives that come up

Prepare and present analysis or specific trends on key critical metrics for the program aligned to understand ops related metrics and report them in overall dashboard

Implementing Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) for newly Transitioned processes

Identify RPA opportunities through process assessment, align as per RPA framework and Project manage Automation

Develop mechanism of effective process deployment Conduct periodic process benchmarking to ensure competitiveness

• Deep understanding of data, adept stakeholder management, and excellent problem-solving skills
