Job summary

Nat Habit in Gurugram is seeking a Senior Executive – Logistics & MIS to manage daily logistics operations and drive data-driven reporting for business decisions. You will coordinate with transporters, warehouses, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely dispatches and OTIF performance, while optimizing costs.

The role emphasizes MIS reporting and advanced Excel skills to deliver dashboards and insights for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, and MIS reporting.
• Experience in FMCG, D2C, Retail, Manufacturing, or E-commerce industry preferred.
• Work Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth movement of goods.
• Track shipment status, identify delays, and proactively resolve transportation issues.
• Ensure OTIF delivery performance and maintain service level KPIs.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to logistics, dispatches, fill rate, freight cost, inventory movement, and service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost reduction and operational efficiency.

Role

The Senior Executive – Logistics & MIS will be responsible for managing logistics operations, transportation coordination, inventory movement tracking, and data-driven reporting (MIS). The role requires ensuring timely dispatches, maintaining high service levels, optimizing logistics costs, and generating accurate reports for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Operations

• Monitor and manage daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth movement of goods.
• Track shipment status, identify delays, and proactively resolve transportation issues.
• Ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery performance and maintain service level KPIs.
• Handle reverse logistics, claims, shortages, and damaged material resolution.
• Candidate should have strong knowledge of import/export procedures, regulatory compliance, and global supply chain operations.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to logistics, dispatches, fill rate, freight cost, inventory movement, and service levels- .Generate reports for management review and business decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Good understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards).
• Knowledge of logistics KPIs such as OTIF, fill rate, freight cost, inventory accuracy, TAT, and vehicle utilization.
