Role Objective:

We are seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to manage outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely, cost-efficient transportation, seamless coordination with stakeholders, and strict adherence to compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound logistics strategies in coordination with Lead Logistics.


• Manage end-to-end transportation, freight forwarding, and logistics operations (domestic & export).


• Monitor and track shipment movement to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.


• Audit freight bills and validate them against contractual terms.


• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Engineering, Security, Marketing) for efficient loading/unloading.


• Maintain accurate ERP documentation, material coding, and shipment records.


• Monitor truck turnaround time and dispatch efficiency.


• Identify cost optimization opportunities using logistics data analysis.


• Negotiate with transporters, vendors, and suppliers for better rates and service quality.


• Ensure compliance with legal, taxation, permits, and logistics regulations.


• Proactively resolve issues related to delays, missed pickups, or system errors.
