Job summary

Hexagon India is seeking a Logistics Associate to manage logistics, warehouse operations, import/export documentation, and coordination with third-party providers from Bengaluru. You will track shipments, support customs documentation, and collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–4 years of logistics experience, with strong organization and communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management or supply chain operations.
• Experience with import/export documentation preferred.
• Knowledge of GST and E-Way Bill processes.
• Experience coordinating with courier, transportation, and third-party logistics providers.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics activities related to sourcing and procurement.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, courier companies, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate import and export shipments and maintain the required documentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of import/export-related documents.
• Track shipments and follow up with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Support customs and logistics documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and other relevant teams.
• Maintain records of shipments, delivery documents, and logistics-related transactions.
• Support resolution of shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and other logistics issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable statutory requirements.
• Prepare regular logistics reports and updates as required.
