Qualifications

• Experience with import/export documentation and GST/E-Way Bills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage import/export documentation and related logistics activities.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory movement.
• Coordinate with transporters, couriers and 3PLs to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare GST E-Way Bills and related compliance documents.
• Track movement of demo machines and spare parts; maintain documentation.
• Maintain records of receipts, issues, transfers and dispatches.
• Collaborate with Finance, Service, Sales, and Procurement on logistics matters.

Job Summary

The position will be responsible for managing logistics, warehouse operations, import/export documentation, transportation coordination, demo machine movements, spare-parts movement, and coordination with third-party warehouse service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage import and export documentation and related logistics activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of shipping and customs-related documentation.
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory movement.
• Coordinate closely with transportation companies, courier partners, and logistics service providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare and manage GST E-Way Bills wherever applicable.
• Track the movement and location of demo machines and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate the internal issue and receipt of spare parts required for servicing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse receipts, issues, transfers, and dispatches.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for movement of machines, equipment, and spare parts.
• Manage day-to-day operations with the third-party warehouse service provider.
• Monitor warehouse service levels and ensure adherence to agreed processes and timelines.
• Support stock reconciliation and investigate discrepancies where required.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, applicable statutory requirements, and logistics controls.
• Coordinate with Finance, Service, Sales, Procurement, and other teams on logistics-related matters.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with import/export documentation is preferred.
• Knowledge of GST and E-Way Bill processes.
• Experience coordinating with courier, transportation, and third-party logistics providers.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
