In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. As part of the HR Operations team, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to grow their career in HR operations.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Business Partnership ● Partner with business leaders and managers to align HR initiatives with business objectives. ● Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and people strategies. ● Act as the first point of contact for all people-related matters within assigned business units. Employee Lifecycle & Engagement ● Own the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit. ● Drive employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and action plans to improve workplace experience. ● Partner with leadership to build a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture. Performance & Talent Management ● Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and talent discussions. ● Identify high-potential employees and support succession planning and career development initiatives. ● Work with managers to improve team effectiveness and employee growth.
