Job summary

Fakeeh Technologies in India is seeking an experienced role focused on deploying healthcare applications, ensuring environment readiness and smooth integration. You will train client IT teams and end users, and produce user manuals and training materials.

The position requires strong Windows, SQL/Oracle skills, and the ability to troubleshoot with PMs, QA, and development teams within defined SLAs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and client OS variants.
• Experience with healthcare or enterprise software deployment.
• Proficient SQL/Oracle queries and data validation.
• Familiarity with HL7 interfaces and hospital workflows is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation.

• Conduct application training (functional and technical) for client IT teams and end users.
• Prepare and deliver user manuals and training documentation.
• Technical Support & Issue Resolution:
• Provide Level 2/3 support for incidents, enhancements, and post-implementationissues.
• Collaboratewith Project Managers, QA, and Development teams to troubleshoot and resolve reported issues within defined SLAs.
• Liaise between clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, document findings, and track issue resolution.
• Maintain comprehensiveimplementationand support documentation

Skills

• Strong understanding of Windows Server (2008/2012), Windows 8/10, and MS Office Suite.
• Experience in application support and product deployment.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and Oracle Databases (11g / 12c); ability to write queries and perform data validation.
• Familiarity with installation/configuration of enterprise or healthcare software systems.
• Working knowledge of networking, system administration, and basic hardware infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skill

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare Information System (HIS) or EMRimplementation/support experience.

Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or equivalent certification.

Exposure to HL7, integration interfaces, or hospital workflow is an advantage
