Job summary

EthiQual Global Pvt.Ltd. is seeking an experienced Hospital IT & Digital Transformation professional to lead hospital-wide IT initiatives and drive the adoption of HIS/EMR systems across departments.

The role requires 6+ years in Hospital IT with hands-on experience in ERP and enterprise applications, plus strong stakeholder management and compliance knowledge. On-site role in India with cross-functional collaboration across clinical and non-clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Must have current or previous experience in a hospital or hospital group.
• 6+ years of overall experience, preferably with significant Hospital IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with HIS, EMR or Hospital Management Systems.
• Experience leading hospital-wide digital transformation and IT transformation projects.
• Experience managing IT projects, PMO, vendor management and system implementations.
• Understanding of hospital workflows and healthcare operations.
• Exposure to ERP implementations and enterprise applications is advantageous.
• Knowledge of NABH, DPDP, healthcare data privacy and compliance preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital-wide IT and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage implementation and enhancement of HIS / EMR / Hospital Information Systems.
• Lead IT projects and PMO activities across multiple hospital departments.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate with hospital stakeholders, vendors and technology partners.
• Manage RFPs, vendor evaluation, implementation planning and project governance.
• Drive hospital process re-engineering, workflow optimization and SOP standardization.
• Support implementation/readiness of ERP systems across hospital functions such as Finance, Inventory and Operations.
• Work closely with hospital leadership, clinical and non-clinical departments to drive technology adoption.
• Conduct digital maturity assessments and identify opportunities for process and technology improvement.
• Ensure alignment with NABH, DPDP, data privacy, information security and other healthcare compliance requirements.
• Manage cross-functional technology projects involving departments such as Registration, Billing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology and other hospital operations.

Ideal Candidate

• Mandatory: Current or previous experience working in a Hospital / Hospital Group.
• 6+ years of overall experience, preferably with significant experience in Hospital IT / Healthcare IT.
• Strong hands-on experience with HIS, EMR or Hospital Management Systems.
• Experience in hospital-wide Digital Transformation / IT Transformation projects.
• Experience managing IT projects, PMO, vendor management and system implementations.
• Understanding of hospital workflows and healthcare operations.
• Exposure to ERP implementation and enterprise applications will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of NABH, DPDP, healthcare data privacy and compliance is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
